These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Udupp store and website, including any content, features, and services offered (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Udupp produces in limited quantities, and each drop is designed as a complete collection. Once a piece is sold out, it may not be reproduced. We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen renders them exactly.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

Order fulfilment, exchanges, refunds, and delivery are governed by our Exchange & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms. Please review them before placing an order.

All graphics, artwork, designs, logos, and content are created in-house or licensed by Udupp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udupp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. The Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page and takes effect when published. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
