Returns & exchanges

At Udupp, we want you to feel right about what you wear. If your order isn’t quite right, eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

A return or exchange can be requested if:

• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unworn, unwashed and unused.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.
• The garment has no stains, perfume, marks, damage or signs of wear.

Need another size? You can request an exchange, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you can choose another eligible option or proceed with a return according to the refund policy.

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Once the returned garment reaches us and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed through the applicable refund method.

Every returned product is inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Products that are worn, washed, damaged, altered or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.

• Reverse pickup is available within Kerala.
• For locations outside Kerala, reverse pickup charges will apply.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
